About Me

Who am I and how am I qualified to give advice

My name is Annamaria Feher and I have a long professional and personal experience in dealing with problems in upbringing children. These problems can vary from not getting out of bed in time for school to dealing with attachment disorder — or any other kind of disorder.
After studying Child Development at the University of Amsterdam, I worked in a Residential Youth Care Institution for 15 years. During that time I was raising several foster children as well as 4 children of my own, one of which was diagnosed with ADHD. All of this makes me confident I can contribute to the efforts of parents all around the world trying to raise their children in the best way possible, especially since I believe that raising children is essentially universal.

Currently, I have the pleasure of living under the same roof with 4 teenagers of my own, between the age of 14 and 18. Although I am a very family-oriented person and I enjoy spending time with them, I also love taking occasional long walks with my three dogs in order to keep my sanity.

I am fluent in 4 languages: Dutch, English, Serbian and Hungarian.
